After completing your preorder, please give the completed form, or printed receipt, to the photographer. Or communicate with your student that you are purchasing a package/extra that calls for an individual picture – they would still have to fill out a form with our photographer. 
It's beneficial when it comes to matching information with the portrait taken.

Our photographers do not know who purchased for individual portraits. We can only take individual photos of those who approach the photographer. Please urge/remind your child to participate in the individual session -we will not turn them away. 

No proof portraits are shown during the prepay time period.

For group specification, please use 7th-grade boys, 8th-grade girls, etc...

Preorders will be sent to the coach, at the school 4-5 weeks after the portrait date.
